We are happy to announce that all orders placed on or before December 10th are shipping tomorrow via USPS Priority Mail. All packages shipped tomorrow will arrived in 2-5 mail days.
All orders placed on December 11th - December 19th will ship on or before December 21st via USPS Priority Mail. The USPS shipping calendar states that all priority mail shipped by the 21st will arrive before the Christmas holiday. Please note that Soy Works Candle Co. does not guarantee delivery on those order placed after our holiday shipping deadline as posted on our website. Pending Orders
Once again, we find ourselves with pending orders. While the fact we have an abundance of holiday orders is wonderful and we appreciate everyone who has been shopping with us, we are a small company who prides themselves in hand making most of our products. Because of the care we put into each product sometimes our shipping deadlines get pushed back during the holiday season (October - December). Please note the following shipping updates:
- All orders received in the middle of November are scheduled to ship this week.
- Those of you with outstanding dishtowel orders know they will ship no later than December 10th to arrive for the holidays.

The holiday deadlines are fast approaching. The order deadline at Soy Works Candle Co. is December 10th. All orders placed on or before that date are guaranteed* to arrive before Christmas to the addresses supplied with your orders.

Pending Orders
Hello Everyone - we are busy making those holiday orders and want to let you know that due to an unexpected increase in sales we are running about a week out on shipping pending orders. We expect to have all pending order shipped out either tomorrow morning or Monday, Oct 25th. We apologize for the delay but thank you so much for your patronage this season.
Also, those of you waiting on the Basil scented candles; we have finally received word the oil is on it's way to us from the manufacturer. They were out of stock for a little over a month but the fabulous fragrance is once again going to be on our shelves. Thank you sooooo much for your patience on that fragrance.
You may have noticed our dishtowels are already off-line. We usually remove them on the 20th of November but this year the demand for them was outstanding and we had to remove them sooner than usual. If you have a pending order for dishtowels they are guaranteed to ship in time for holiday delivery.
We cherish each of you and thank you so much for your loyalty year after year. Have a wonderful week and weekend!!
